Experience
Pete Greiner has over 10 years of experience as a litigator of complex civil and criminal matters. Pete served as an Assistant District Attorney for the City of Philadelphia for five years where he prosecuted thousands of crimes, in front of both judges and juries.

Immediately after leaving the DA’s Office, Pete Greiner gained experience in the area of post-employment restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements, which he successfully litigated in courts across the nation for Fortune 500 clients. In those cases, Pete obtained numerous settlements after litigation for his clients whose former employees sought to violate their post-employment restrictive covenants.

At Meyerson & O’Neill, Pete Greiner has handled some of our most seriously injured clients, obtaining verdicts and settlements on their behalf in Philadelphia and beyond. Pete’s clients have included persons severely injured in car accidents by drivers who were served by taverns while those drivers were visibly intoxicated, persons who were wrongfully arrested and accused of crimes whose civil rights were violated by law enforcement officers, clients who were severely injured and further hurt by the actions and inaction of their attorneys through their negligent misrepresentation, persons injured due to the negligence of their physicians, and many other severely injured clients.

Additionally, Pete represents clients who have complex business disputes. Pete has represented the interests of numerous minority shareholders whose interests were being usurped by the majority shareholders. In those cases, Pete has successfully litigated or resolved those matters without litigation in favor of his clients for millions of dollars. Pete’s experience also includes contract drafting, review, and negotiations, breach of contract litigations, as well as handling corporate fraud and qui tam matters.

Finally, Pete brings the same zeal to the representation of clients charged with serious criminal offenses that he did when he was a prosecutor. Pete has obtained numerous acquittals of clients charged with serious felonies in the state and federal courts.
