Arrested on drug charges? Know someone who was?

The firm specializes in defending all types of criminal matters, including defending drug charges.

Three of our attorneys have extensive courtroom criminal jury trial experience.

Jack Meyerson, Esq. is an experienced trial attorney. He has tried cases in federal and state court for more than 35 years since graduating from Harvard Law School in 1972 and from Princeton with honors in 1969.

Pete Greiner, Esq. served in the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office for five year and for three years he prosecuted serious felony charges to a jury. Emily Mirsky, Esq. worked for three years in the Philadelphia Public Defender's Office where she defended a variety of serious felony charges to a jury. All three attorneys have a high success and acquittal/not guilty rate in defending criminal charges before a jury.

Recently, the firm has obtained criminal acquittals in federal and state courts for clients charged with the following crimes: kickbacks in the auto appraisal/repair business; distribution of drugs/controlled substances; aggravated assault on a police officer and several cases involving possession of controlled substances/drugs (cocaine and marijuana) with intent to distribute. In several of these cases, the client faced a mandatory prison sentence had there been a guilty finding. In a variety of other cases, our lawyers have successfully obtained minimum or probationary sentences well beneath the applicable sentencing guidelines.

Our lawyers have also obtained not guilty acquittals of numerous felony drug-related cases in Philadelphia and surrounding counties.
