Experience
Since arriving at Meyerson & O’Neill, Bethany R. Nikitenko has focused her practice on a diverse range of complex business and commercial litigation, international disputes, products liability, professional malpractice, and collections. Bethany’s litigation practice has brought her before both state and federal district courts, court-ordered arbitration, and private mediators.
Bethany’s practice and client representation at Meyerson & O’Neill have included drafting pleadings and motions, briefing complex legal issues, drafting and arguing dispostive motions, conducting and defending depositions, analysis and implementation of trial strategy, representing clients at mediation and arbitration, and ensuring client satisfaction and understanding at all phases of litigation.
Education
Bethany graduated from the University of Pittsburgh magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science where she earned the prestigious John Bracken award for her achievement in academics and community service. In 2007, Bethany earned her law degree cum laude from the James Beasley School of Law at Temple University. In law school, Bethany was a member of the Temple Law Review where she participated in drafting and editing notes and comments for publication. During law school she also received numerous awards for her oral advocacy and classroom performance.
